Processing

Processing times at current- are two months minimum- but typically ship in four months.

The listed processing times allow for the attention needed to make bespoke and heirloom dresses. The “Anne” pinafore is a very detailed and step intensive dress that needs a great deal of time and attention to complete. This time and attention aids in the creation of a dress that is intended to last generations, with exceptionally long lasting sewing, and care taken in the selection and preparation of materials.

Processing times can also be impacted by my disability- your patience on these issues accommodates my ability to support myself and is vital to my process.

I will be sure to update you on the progress of your dress as it is being created, and its estimated shipping times- you are always welcome to contact me for any updates or questions regarding your order at any time.


Shipping - Returns

Shipping

Every package is delicately gift wrapped in a reusable box, and I do my best to use sustainable and post-consumer materials in my packaging.

All domestic orders are shipped with tracking- which you will receive in an email once your order is dispatched.

  • If your shipping address changes before your dress is shipped, shipping addresses can easily be updated- please contact me to do so. Once your dress is shipped, your shipping address cannot be changed, so please be sure to enter it accurately.

  • Please be aware that I cannot always replace packages lost or damaged, as many of the fabrics used cannot be reordered- If I am able to make a replacement, the package will be subject to the same processing time associated with any order.

  • If there are shipping issues, such as your package being lost in transit, please contact me so we can discuss the best solution for your particular issue, as these are best handled case by case.

    International Orders

  • I ship to the UK, Canada, Australia and most of Europe

  • However I am willing to ship to most other countries if need be- you can follow this link to see if your country is currently listed, and if you do not see it available, please feel free to contact me and I will let you know if it can be made available.

  • I cannot mark packages as “gift”, or enter their value as lower than their purchase amount with customs.

  • I am currently unable to ship to Germany, as a LUCID registration is not feasible for my business.

Returns

  • I do not typically issue returns, however if there is a major issue with your order that involves an in-discrepancy on my part, we will discuss the best solution for you.

  • I want to avoid returns whenever possible so if there is something that can be done to remedy an issue, I am always willing to discuss a way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order to the best of my ability.
